A blueprint is a guide or pattern for making or developing something— a system, an organisation, or product, a design or pattern that can be followed and replicated. In our case here at Gateway it’s about developing a plan and pattern that will enable people to serve in the local church with clarity, using their God given abilities and gifts for the glory of God, while fulfilling His mission and purpose.

Through Blueprint, we seek to see people understand all that is required to minister and serve at Gateway in ways that are unified and effective, fulfilling our vision. 

It’s all about finding and preparing a group of people who love deeply, and are aligned, trusted, unified, committed, and intentional, and then equipping and releasing them to the work of Christ in the local church.
