    Cleaning fee for any event - $120

    AV Techniicians Fee (if required) $45/hour for a minimum of 3 hours

    Caretakers Fee for events over 4 hours - $20/hour

    $1000 bond for events of 2 days or more - refunded on inspection of property

  • No, Gateway is an alcohol-free zone as well as a smoke-free environment.

  • Gateway considers the safety of minors as a paramount concern and will require assurance of their safety.

  • Security is of paramount importance. Any person/group given permission to use the facilities will have a church member assigned to open and close the building and grounds.
